The Manage Users page allows administrators to quickly locate and manage user accounts on the website. Whether you’re looking for a subscriber, publisher, editor, or administrator, the search tools make it easy to find the account you need.
Accessing the Manage Users Page
After logging in with an account that has administrative privileges:
Click People from the administrative toolbar, or select Manage Users from the Shortcuts menu.
The Manage Users page will open, displaying a list of all user accounts on your website.
Searching for a User
If you have a large number of users or subscribers, you can quickly locate a specific account using the search feature.
You can search by:
Username
Email Address
Simply enter the username or email address into the search field and click Search…
In order to use the PayPal Commerce Platform gateway on your site, you will need to register an app at the PayPal Developer Portal and get your API credentials.

Register your app at the PayPal Developer Portal
Go to the PayPal Developer Portal and log in with your PayPal credentials. You can sign up for a new account if you don't already have one.
You will be directed to the My Apps & Credentials page. In the REST API Apps section, click Create App.
Please note in the screenshot below that you can also get a set of "Live" credentials by switching to the "Live" option and then creating a new App.

Surf CMS allows administrators to create user accounts and automatically expire access on a specified date. This is especially useful for digital subscribers, temporary staff, interns, and other users who should only have access for a limited time.
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your website using an administrator account.
Step 2: Open User Management
From the administrative toolbar, select People, or click Manage Users from the Shortcuts menu.
Then click Add User.
Step 3: Enter User Information
Complete the required account information:
Email address
Username
Password
Step 4: Assign a Role
Under the Roles section, check the role(s) you want to assign to the new user.
Examples include:
Subscriber
Publisher
Editor
Administrator
